Terms of use
The rules for using Executor, in plain language. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them.
Who we are
Executor (executor.fun) is software operated from Brazil under the name Executor. To talk to us, email suporte@executor.fun or use the contact page.
What Executor does
Executor is automated memecoin trading software on Solana. With the help of an AI, you build a strategy: which wallets to follow, how much to put into each buy, when to sell and your limits. Once you confirm it, an engine with fixed rules buys and sells through Jupiter, in your own wallet, within your plan’s limits.
Launching and running memecoins (pump.fun first) is a feature that comes later. The rules about it in these terms apply once it opens.
It is non-custodial. Your wallet is created by Privy, and the private key never reaches us. To trade, you authorize Executor with limited permissions that you can revoke whenever you want.
We are not a broker or an exchange, we don’t hold your money, we don’t sell tokens, we don’t give investment advice, we don’t pick wallets or tokens for you and we don’t promise profit. The starter wallet list in the app only shows wallets that were active on-chain on the date shown on it: it is not a recommendation or a guarantee, and you choose which ones to follow.
Executor is being built and released in stages. The pricing page shows what each plan includes. If something listed in your plan is not available yet, the refund policy applies.
Your strategy and the authorization
- The strategy is yours. The AI helps you build it and may suggest values, but only your click activates a strategy. You are responsible for the wallets you choose to follow and the numbers you confirm.
- When you authorize, your wallet gets two permissions, each with a policy stored at Privy. Selling open positions needs only the engine’s key. Buying needs the engine’s key and the site guardian’s key, together. The policies only allow swaps through Jupiter, with a cap per buy, and block transfers to other addresses.
- Your plan’s limits sit above any strategy: amount per buy, open positions and max loss per day. The day resets at 00:00 UTC. If the day’s loss hits the limit, Executor stops buying until it resets.
- You can pause buying, revoke the authorization and withdraw your SOL whenever you want. Revoking makes Executor stop buying and selling: open positions stay as they are, and selling them is up to you.
- Executor doesn’t charge per trade. Each trade pays, straight from your wallet, the Solana network fee, Jupiter’s fee and, for tokens still on the pump.fun curve, pump.fun’s fee. While a position is open, a fee reserve stays in the wallet so the stop can always sell.
- A trade may not happen, may fill at a different price or may fail: slippage, missing liquidity, network congestion, failures at Jupiter, Privy or the blockchain provider, or the engine being down. While the engine is down, automatic sells (stop, trailing, max time) also stop until it is back.
Your account and wallet
- You must be at least 18 and allowed to use this kind of service where you live.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Your wallet’s seed phrase and private key are yours alone. We will never ask for them, and anyone who does is not us.
Plans, payments and cancellation
- Prices are shown on the pricing page, in your currency and, when the country you are in can be confirmed, adjusted to it. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime in your dashboard. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid, and you won’t be charged again.
- Upgrades are charged right away, in proportion to the time left. Downgrades start at the next renewal.
- If a price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
- Taxes or bank fees may apply, depending on your country.
Official coin and the snowball
Executor’s official coin is the platform’s own coin, launched by us on Solana. Until it launches, this section does not apply.
- 20% of the price of every paid plan buys the official coin on the market, and what is bought is burned.
- 10% of the creator fees of every coin launched by Executor also goes to buying and burning the official coin. You see this share before you launch your coin.
- Every purchase and every burn is recorded on the blockchain, with a public receipt.
The Free plan is for anyone holding any amount of a coin launched by Executor (the official coin counts too) in a wallet linked to their account. The check is automatic and access lasts while you hold the coin.
Burning does not guarantee any price or gain. The official coin is a memecoin, extremely risky, and it is not an investment, a stake in the company or a promise of returns.
Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: 7 days on any first payment, or 14 days if you live in the European Union (right of withdrawal), and a refund of the period if something in your plan isn’t available yet.
What you can’t do
Don’t use Executor to:
- run scams, rug pulls or fake giveaways;
- pretend to be another person, brand or project;
- fake volume, holders or engagement, or manipulate the market (bundled buys, wash trading, coordinated pumps);
- move money of illegal origin or launder money;
- publish illegal or hateful content, or sexual content involving minors;
- break sanctions or the law where you live;
- attack, overload or copy the service.
You are responsible for your strategies and your trades and, once launching opens, for your coin, its name, its content and for following the rules of the countries where you promote it. If you break these rules, we can pause or close your account.
Risks
- Memecoins are extremely risky. Most people who buy them lose money, and many tokens lose all their value within minutes (rug pulls, honeypots, big holders dumping). Only use money you can afford to lose.
- Following wallets guarantees nothing. A wallet that was right in the past can be wrong tomorrow, and some wallets buy on purpose to attract followers and then sell into their buys.
- Shield’s checks (mint, freeze, bundle, liquidity and concentration) reduce some risks, but they don’t catch every scam.
- A stop doesn’t guarantee the price. In a fast drop or without liquidity, the sale can fill well below the stop, or not at all.
- Transactions on a blockchain can’t be undone.
- We depend on other services (Solana, Jupiter, Privy, blockchain providers, Stripe, hosting and, for launches, pump.fun, X and Telegram). They can change, fail or close accounts, and that is outside our control.
- Prices and other numbers come from third parties and may be late or wrong.
- Rules about crypto assets change and vary from country to country. Check the rules where you live before trading.
The AI’s role
Executor uses AI (Claude, by Anthropic, and Grok, by xAI, as a backup) to talk with you, draft the strategy proposal and, for launches, write posts, replies and coin sites. AI can make mistakes: check the strategy before activating it. The AI can’t activate, pause, buy or sell. For launches, you can review what is published, and automated posts are labeled as automated.
Your content and ours
Your coin’s name, art and texts stay yours. You let us store and publish them as needed to run the service, for example the coin site, the posts and, if you choose, the launched coins page.
The Executor software, name, characters and site are ours.
Availability
We work to keep Executor running 24 hours a day, but we can’t promise it will never stop. The engine runs on its own server and may stop for maintenance or a failure: while it is down, buying and automatic selling stop. We may change or remove features, and we tell you about changes that affect what you pay for.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from token prices, for trades made according to the strategy you confirmed, for trades that didn’t happen or filled at a different price, for transactions you sign or authorize Executor to sign within your strategy and limits, for failures of third-party services or for indirect losses. If we are responsible for something, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Ending
You can stop using Executor and delete your account at any time. Before deleting it, revoke the authorization and withdraw your SOL. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we publish the new version here with its date. If the change matters, we warn you in the app or by email before it applies.
Law
These terms follow the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the country where you live.
